LIB DEM PPB - GROUNDHOG DAY

This party-political broadcast for the Lib Dems is entitled Groundhog Day as it's based on the Billy Murray classic.  A couple wake up each morning to more bad news on the radio, the same thing every day.

Directed by George Cooper, the main direction for the visuals was to make it look as filmic as possible.  To achieve this Colin used 2.39:1 framing and ARRI's own Film Style look for a more film like colour science.  The lenses chosen were Cooke S4 primes, as the detail rendition is very smooth taking the edge off of a digital camera, while still looking sharp, again pushing the image in a more filmic direction.  The images below are straight from the LUT used on the day, so no grading was required.
